Scholz & Friends wins entire brand communication account of insurer IKK classic
In a pitch process for the entire brand communication of IKK classic, full-service agency Scholz & Friends came out ahead. Work together with IKK classic will commence in June 2018 and is planned to cover the next four years. As early as the end of this year, a new branding is to be launched. The account comprises a new corporate design as well as 360° communication for Germany’s largest trade guild health insurance fund.
The expectations insurance customers have of their health insurer are changing. More and more, insurers need to position themselves not just as a provider of insurance in case of sickness but also as a partner in prevention and advocate of good health. Among other things, this is related to ongoing societal developments such as the trend toward self-optimisation and the increasing digitisation of many areas of life. IKK classic will be taking on these challenges via a new branding.
Scholz & Friends Düsseldorf will be supporting the trade guild health insurer in communicating the easy accessibility and growing digital orientation of its offerings that promote good health as well as giving the company’s evolution an emotional component.
