Scholz & Friends NeuMarkt wins Audi Aftersales Marketing Account

Scholz & Friends NeuMarkt will be the new communication agency for Audi’s international aftersales marketing. The agency won the pitch with a team made up of automotive, B2B and digital experts. The account comprises creative development as well as realisation of marketing campaigns and materials for online and offline B2B and B2C communication.

Scholz & Friends NeuMarkt will be developing strategies, concepts and materials for international aftersales communication that present the Audi brand in the segments of customer service, original parts and original accessories. The communication will be framed by a digital-first and modular approach to ensure that each market can tailor the campaign to its specific needs and it can be implemented globally.
